My name is Gösta Hägglöf, e-mail classicjazz@swipnet.se, and I have been an ardent collector of Louis Armstrong´s music, discographical and other information for 50 years. I am a.o. the producer of the famous CD series "Louis Armstrong´s 50 Hot Choruses (1927) as re-created by Bent Persson" (Kenneth Records) and Ambassador Records.

I want to get in touch with serious Armstrong collectors in order to exchange information. I am preparing a book with a complete day-by-day schedule from 1922 to 1971 plus discographical information about recording sessions, radio and TV appearances. Anyone who thinks he can contribute with bits and pieces, please write. Additionally, I would be happy to answer questions about the project, provided I have the knowledge, of course. This could be a place for exchange of information between Satchmo-collectors.
